4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods or we supply any incorrect items, these must be returned to us as soon as possible within 14 Days.
4.2 We reserve the right to assess any goods returned for quality reasons.
4.3 We will make a full refund of the postage for faulty goods or goods sent in error, at the cost of standard recorded postage charges.

4.6 The postage costs of returning unwanted goods to us shall be borne by you. Please include your order number with your return and in any other correspondence. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid by online bank in.
4.7 The right to return unwanted goods as referred to in clause 4.5 will not apply in the following circumstances:
- (a) in the event that the product has been used or tampered with
- (b) in the event that any packaging or labels have been removed from the product
