Upon Receiving Your Goods,
We always advice our customers to : -
- Check your parcel before signing any documents.
- Please do not accept the parcel should if the packaging has broken.
- Please do not accept if the quantity is incorrect.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation can only be made before the goods being shipped, please check your email as fittingroom will normally send you an email once your goods are being shipped.
- If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods, though your order will be cancelled but normally delivery cannot be interrupted. Kindly refuse acceptance of goods so that it could be returned to our store. In the meantime, you must take reasonable care of them.
Refund & Return Policy
- If you wish to return a product which you've purchase from www.fittingroom.com.my, you must do it within 7 working days in a saleable condition otherwise it will be deemed as accepted by you.
- Full refund will be credited into your bank account stated, excluding the postage fees. (Postage/Shipping Cost
- Customers take full responsibility of the goods condition during the return shipment to fittingroom. (It is advisable to use a registered courier service) If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the rights not to refund.
- Upon returning to fittingroom's office, we will examine the goods returned and it takes approximately 14 working days before we arrange for a full refund. Please be patient during this period.
- Conditions which are not under refund & return policy:

.. Incorrect storage method (Ie. Damp environment)
.. Exposure to low/high temperature.
.. Alteration/Tailoring done to the product.
.. Dirt caused by food and beverages.
.. Removed tags.
.. Items wore.
.. Exceeded 7 working days.
.. Products not purchased from fittingroom.
